Reimagining the content strategy with quirky communication

The current scope of communication on Nykaa's page created content fatigue. To turn the response around, a fresh approach that could bring joy to their consumers was needed. The goal was to attract the audience with quirky creatives and boost engagement in a large way.

We experimented with typography and crafted content that highlighted its product's presence in the market. We adopted a minimal route that could bring engagement and follower growth on social media.

The new strategy brought a much-needed revamp to their page that made their customers view them in a new light and build engaging comment threads.
